Daisy & Peter’s relaxed city wedding the Netherlands

When Daisy and Peter described their wedding day vibe to me they said “Nothing fancy, just love”. And although I thought their big day was also pretty fancy, there definitely was a whole lot of love!

I absolutely loved how informal and personal their wedding day was, with every aspect of the day so fitting to who Daisy and Peter are as a couple and as parents to their gorgeous kiddies, Nathan and Hazel.

We started the day at Daisy & Peter’s house in Dordrecht where they got ready together with their kids. They had a beautiful first look moment in front of the old church in the center of town whilst their family and friends gathered at their favorite little bakery to welcome the couple (and have a sneaky little peek around the corner to see the first look). After a lovely lunch the whole wedding party walked to the beautiful city hall for a fun and informal ceremony with lots of special personal touches.

After the ceremony everyone drove to a park in Rotterdam for a festival style reception with food trucks, live music, games , bonfires and lots of space for the kids to play and run around.
